Product Owner

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of various modules within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As a Product Owner, you will have a pivotal role in defining the direction of our ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user requirements, and industry trends. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver a top-notch ERP experience that optimally supports our business operations.

• Vision and Strategy: Define the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for different modules within the ERP system, considering market dynamics, user feedback, and business goals.
• Requirement Gathering: Collect and analyze requirements from internal stakeholders, users, and industry best practices to create detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritization: Skillfully prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Feature Ownership: Serve as the domain expert for specific modules, taking ownership of feature development from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with the overall ERP ecosystem.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with development teams, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to facilitate seamless project execution, iterative development, and timely deliveries. -** User-Centric Design:** Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to design intuitive and user-friendly ERP experiences that cater to end-users as well as administrators.
• Agile Methodology: Embrace Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate quick development cycles, conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously gather user feedback, monitor system performance, and identify areas for enhancement to elevate the functionality and usability of ERP modules.
• Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies within the ERP domain, integrating pertinent insights into the product roadmap.
• Effective Communication: Clearly communicate the product vision, development progress, and feature releases to internal stakeholders, management, and relevant teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity, with a strong record of successfully delivering software products, ideally within the ERP context.
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including various modules, integration challenges, and user experience considerations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile development environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams and effective communication of intricate concepts to various stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions and adjusting strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management, including managing multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integrations is advantageous.
